A busy weekend

We took the Becklets on their first roadtrip this weekend. We went to Mechanicsburg for Paul's 1st Communion party and Andrew & Calvin's birthday parties. Daniel, Anna and Kathryn met some of their many cousins (they have 16 first cousins so far, and a lot more second cousins) and had a great time. We pulled up to Nanny & Poppy's house (in our new Chrysler Town & Country minivan - I still can't believe we bought a minivan) and everyone was waiting outside for us. On Saturday, we spent the day partying. On Sunday, we went to visit Joe, Bridget, Joey and Matt. It was good for the Becklets to finally get to meet some of their awesome family. By the time we got home last night, they were exhausted. Luckily, they slept pretty well. They are starting to sleep better than the last couple of weeks. We have only had to get up for 1 feeding the last 3 nights and they go right back to sleep when they are done. They are also awake longer throughout the day which has been a lot of fun. Now, if I could just get myself back in to shape so that I can get down on the floor with them, we will be in good shape.

Hope was so excited that the "babies finally came out of Aunt Patty's belly!" Here she is feeding Kathryn and loving every minute of it. She also asked me if I had more babies in my belly. I guess I better get working on losing the rest of the baby weight!

McKenna had to wait a little bit to hold one of the babies and was thrilled to finally be able to feed Kathryn. Notice Hope is not happy at all that Kathryn was taken from her. McKenna can't wait to teach the girls all of her gymnastics and cheerleading moves.

Here is Andrew feeding Daniel. Everytime Andrew held one of the babies he thought they pooped, however, he would not agree to changing any of their diapers.

Max was so great with all of the babies. He sat with Anna and sang to her for almost an hour. Too cute!

Here is Daniel asking Paul all kinds of questions about the Phillies. Paul has so much to teach Daniel about sports.

Calvin looks like a pro at feeding Kathryn. He was so cute with all of the babies. I think he's happy that he is no longer the baby in the family.

They are getting so big! I can't wait to finally meet them in person! Bobby says the minivan may be coming our way one day soon.

You guys should have your parents drive you up to Boston some time. I could show you the geese on campus, and we could eat pizza at my Grampy's restaurant, then we could go in the pool, or maybe the pond! It would be so much fun, I can't wait. I am going to ask Mommy and Daddy right now.
