The babies need to have Baer Hearing Tests because they were preemies. Daniel had his yesterday. Kevin held him and fed him his bottle to keep him occupied and he did a good job holding still for most of the test. Anna's test was today and we were a little nervous because she is our active child, always moving around and has a hard time getting comfortable. She did beautifully! She actually fell asleep for most of the test. She was so good that the test was over in 30 minutes when it should have lasted about 45 minutes. Kathryn's test is scheduled for Monday. She is usually pretty calm so we are hoping for another uneventful test. We will get the results of the tests in a couple of weeks when we meet with the neurologist for a follow up appointment. I had to take a picture of Anna with her headphones on - she was really cute. I didn't have my camera for Daniel's test.
Yesterday was a good day. Daniel, Anna and Kate were all in good moods so I was able to do a photo shoot without any tears. Here are a few photos from the shoot.Anna, Daniel, Kate...

Daniel kept hitting Kate in the head with his left hand so I switched them. All of a sudden, he wanted to hit her in the head with his right hand...
We're off to Mechanicsburg tomorrow for the 4th of July and then to Lancaster on Saturday for a mini family reunion. I hope everyone has a great long weekend!

as far as I know I was not a Preemie, but I could have benefited from the Baer Hearing Test...It's a good idea to have them checked...Have Fun at the Baby Show in Lancaster !!!
Having just come back from the West Coast, where I saw my three Grankids, I gotta say, I think it is easier to have three the same age than it is to have three at a different age...a 3 year old, a two year old & a 10 week old! Although, I don't know how you Parents get through the Day ! God Bless You All !!!

Sunday p.m.-July 6th
The Becklets just left Nanny & Poppy's & it's quiet in Mechancisburg, again.
We had a great weekend with them (of course, we don't hear them @ 3:00 a.m.!) This morning, they were a big attraction @ Mass & @ breakfast afterward--we're still getting used to being celebrities' grandparents.
They have changed sooo much in just 2 short weeks--they are SMILING all the time, now--especially when Mommy & Daddy talk to them--so sweet to watch.
Can't wait to see them in S.I.C. next wk.

They are beautiful! All three of them. It was nice to be able to see them in person. You are doing such a wonderful job! Hope that Anna's hearing test went well.
