Finally, a minute to sit down and update the blog. We had a wonderful Christmas and New Year's Eve. We spent Christmas Eve with some of Kevin's family and took the Becklets to Church. We had to get there an hour before Mass started in order to get seats and they were so good the whole time. Christmas morning we opened gifts at our house and then got in the car and headed to my family in Mechanicsburg for the weekend. Kathryn and Anna loved opening the gifts and playing with the wrapping paper.
Daniel, however, was a little scared of the noise the ripping paper made. He basically clung to us every time someone ripped paper off of a gift. Kevin and I decided that we were only going to get 1 gift for each of them since they would be getting so much from our families. I had already bought some toddler dishes and utensils for them so we just got 1 toy for each of them. And, guess what their favorite present was.......the spoons!
We also had Aiden's Christening on Sunday so the whole family was together for a photo.
We had a very quiet New Years Eve. The Becklets were in bed by 8pm and Kevin and I watched Shrek 2 and ate chocolate fondue and were asleep by 10:30pm. What a difference from a few years ago.We have a lot of updates since our last post:
Tooth count: all tied up with 2 a piece.
Crawling update: Daniel is officially crawling. The girls are still working on moving forward but have mastered the backwards crawl which usually puts them under a sofa or table.
Triplet conspiring: there is a lot of giggling and babbling between the three of them. For some reason, Kevin and I are never included, but it is really cute to watch.
Food update: we are slowly moving on to table food. So far, they love pancakes, toast, cheese, and mashed potatoes. We've even had a few cookies and cake during our holiday festivities. The latest food that we have tried is oranges and they love, love, love them. I ate so many oranges when I was pregnant with them so I'm wondering if that is one of the reasons they like them so much. Here are some pics of them with their oranges in their handy mesh food thingies.
I hate to officially put this in writing, but one of my New Years resolutions is to update the blog at least once a week. I will do my best to stick to it!

I love computers....you get to see people that live so far away and find out all the fun stuff that's going on. Mary is right, they do look bigger than there were last week. Kudos to you Patty!! You have a wonderful bunch!
