7 months....what just happened??

How is it possible that the Becklets are 7 months old already? It seems like it was just yesterday that I was resting uncomfortably in the hospital and now they are getting so big and doing new things everyday. We have to start baby proofing the house. They are rolling all over the place so we need to get everything off the floor. They are also really interested in their toys. It is so neat to watch them starting to interact with each other. We go to the pediatrician on Wednesday, so I will have updated stats after our appointment.

Last night, Daniel and Daddy had their first guys night out. Kevin took Daniel to a night with the guys for poker. While the boys were at poker, Kathryn, Anna and I went to a jewelry party at my friend Beth's house. It was so great to get out and to see my old friends from LT. The girls were really good and all 3 of us were in bed by 8:30pm!

In other news, the Becklets are now big cousins! Aiden Phillip Heimbuch was born on Wednesday, October 8th! He is so cute. I was able to make the trip down to see him on his birthday, but the Becklets stayed here with Grandy and Pop-Pop. They will get to meet Aiden next weekend. Daniel is especially excited to have a new buddy to play with. He is not into all of the squealing, screaming and babbling that the girls seem to do all day long.
