WooHoo!!! 1 Year Old!!!

"Yeah! We made it to 1!!!" (Anna, Daniel, Kathryn)

Monday was the Becklets 1st Birthday! We celebrated on Sunday with cupcakes that Aunt Mollie made. They were a huge hit! We received a lot of phone calls on Monday and the Becklets were trying to figure out why everyone was singing the same song to them. It was really cute to see their face when someone else started singing Happy Birthday to them. We have a big party planned for next Sunday so we have been busy getting everything ready. We can't wait to see everyone and the Becklets are really looking forward to some more cake.

We had our 12 month visit with our pediatrician on Friday and all of the Becklets are officially tall and skinny. We got the OK to transition them to milk, which they are doing really well with so far. We are already going through a lot of milk, but we will still save a lot of $$$ without having to buy formula.

Daniel weighs 23 lbs. 3 oz. and is 32 inches tall. This puts him in the 55th percentile for weight and 96th percentile for height. He can walk across the room until he realizes that he is on his own and then he starts to panic. He still loves, loves, loves his sisters and doesn't realize his own strength. He tries to give them big hugs and kisses but ends up tackling them and making them cry.

Anna weighs 24 lbs. and is 31 inches tall, which puts her at the 86th percentile for weight and 94th percentile for height. She is cruising all over the place and tries to take a step when she sees Daniel doing it but just can't seem to make that first move. She is afraid of nothing and always seems to be the first to try something new.

Kathryn weighs 23 lbs. and is 31 inches tall, which puts her at the 78th percentile for weight and 94th percentile for height. Like Anna, she is cruising all over the place and really wants to take her first steps. She can stand on her own for awhile but starts to giggle and just can't make those legs move yet.
